General Delivery Information
After you placed your order it will be reviewed by BYK-Gardner and you will receive an order confirmation including an expected delivery date based on the availability of the products and the selected shipping option. If you want a shipment to a country where BYK-Gardner does not ship to directly, you will be contacted by the responsible Sales Representative to clarify the details of delivery. In this case you will be informed during the checkout.
Delivery for North & South America
Delivery within USA
The goods will be delivered via UPS from Columbia, Maryland. Usually you have the option to choose between UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air when checking out. Costs will be calculated on the basis of weight and place of delivery for each option.When ordering products above 100 lbs we will contact you to find the best shipping option for your needs.
Delivery outside USA
For deliveries to countries other than USA you will be contacted by BYK-Gardner to clarify the shipping details after you placed the order.Delivery EMEA and APAC

For countries outside the European Union, the shipping costs do not include import duty and the customer is responsible for processing the import.
